 For unfeasible transportation, we customise our vehicles in-house at our own facilities and design and fabricate the trailers. Our hydraulic modular trailers have a self-designed bolster system to move windmill blades. We can today transport the largest windmill blades in India (over 78 metres in length) and other heavy and ODC components in the respective segment. Along with moving double nacelles in a single vehicle, NTC has also been successful in moving double blades using a dolly trailer.

 NTC’s dynamic R&D efforts have constantly helped to fabricate Quad and Penta axles, and we are India’s first to obtain permissions for fabrications and the use of extendable trailers. One of the NTC group companies, Maha Auto Components (P) Ltd., supports the manufacturing services and can customise transport trailers up to any possible dimension.
