We implemented a Dropdeck solution featuring a 3+dropdeck+3 axles combination, effectively lowering the cargo’s height from 6.77 meters to 6.15 meters from ground level. This meticulous approach ensured the cargo could safely pass through various clearances, addressing the challenges posed by overhead obstacles.

To ensure the cargo’s safe passage under the Ennore Railway line, we strategically coordinated the grounding of two traction lines during a railway shutdown to facilitate smooth operations.

Navigating the Red Hills underpass required a unique strategy. We covered a distance of 12 kilometers on the opposite side, securing necessary permissions to guarantee a safe vertical clearance, showcasing our adaptability in challenging scenarios.

In Medarmetla, our team obtained crucial police permissions to travel on the opposite lane for 9 kilometers, effectively avoiding two route boards. Additionally, we managed to bypass the Guntur underpass by deviating 4 kilometers, with our strategic route planning capabilities.

Leveraging our expertise, we lowered the trailer to a full down position at the Mangalagiri service road, passing under an underpass with only a 2-inch gap.
